Dave brings a wealth of valuable experience, education and devotion to client satisfaction to his role as Real Estate Broker at Keller Williams.

Dave is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University’s School of Economics. After graduating, he worked as a mortgage broker until he felt the call towards a career in building engineering. To attain the highest level of professional training and expertise, Dave joined the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 399, and got licensed as a Stationary Engineer by the City of Chicago. For the past 17 years, he has availed himself of all available trainings and certifications afforded to him through this membership and trade. He is re-certified on a yearly basis in OSHA and Hazmat best practices. His years of experience as a building engineer means that you are getting the opinions of an expert when evaluating the useful life of any potential homes’ mechanicals. He knows his way around HVAC systems so you know their true market value and estimated useful life.

Ever looking for new challenges, Dave decided to return to the Real Estate industry, and finds that his chosen trade has made him an invaluable asset to clients. He even got licensed as a Mortgage Broker to further diversify his skills. In his previous tenure in this field (before the economic crash), licensure was not a requirement, and Dave witnessed plenty of unscrupulous lending tactics. He is happy to see that while the basic principles have remained, much has been gained by way of protecting consumers and restoring integrity to the field.
